If you are a customer: 1. FIXLISTE takes a $25 deposit. 2. Once the work is finished, FIXLISTE deducts the $25 from the total invoice. The client will not be reimbursed if he or she cancels an appointment. We use repositories to prevent "spam"
"Appointment": For clients who have less urgent work and who depend on their availability. "Emergency": For clients who need immediate assistance. Emergency calls are not refundable. If you cancel, FIXLISTE sends the customer's deposit automatically to the professional.
